This website does not currently use third-party analytics cookies or advertising trackers. No cookies requiring consent are set.

• Legal obligation: where Cameroonian law requires us to retain or disclose data (e.g., to competent national authorities pursuant to Law No. 2010/012).
• Legitimate interests: to respond to communications, maintain the security of our information systems, and improve our services — provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

4. Data Storage and Security

Personal data submitted through our contact form is processed via email and stored on NEXGEN's secure internal systems located in Cameroon. We implement technical and organisational security measures consistent with the requirements of Law No. 2010/012, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and periodic security assessments.

As a cybersecurity company, our systems are subject to regular security review and penetration testing by the NEXGEN Security division. We are committed to upholding the data security standards expected of an electronic services provider under Cameroonian law.

We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an ongoing contractual relationship. Programme enrolment records are retained for 5 years after the end of the programme for certification verification purposes.

• Where required by law or regulatory authority in Cameroon.
• With our partner institutions (such as the University of Buea) where relevant to a specific programme you have applied for, with your knowledge.
